Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to all styling services booked on divasclub.in, operated by Emporia Gusto Private Limited (“Divas Club”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By booking a styling service, you agree to the terms of this Policy.

1. Our Styling Services

Divas Club offers personalised styling services delivered through our self-serve platform at app.divasclub.in. Each service involves you submitting photographs and styling preferences, which our AI-powered system analyses to create customised style recommendations specifically for you.

  • Daily Styling (Personalised Style Report): ₹1,999 + GST
  • Power Styling: ₹1,499 + GST
  • Vacation Styling: ₹1,299 + GST
  • Wedding Guest Styling: ₹2,499
  • Daughter Styling: ₹1,499 + GST
  • Festive Styling: ₹499 – ₹1,350

Because each service is personalised specifically to your features, preferences, and requirements, and is created using AI analysis upon receipt of your data:

Styling services are non-refundable once the analysis has been created and made available to you on the platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

You May Cancel Your Service Booking If:

  • Before Submission: If you have booked a service but have not yet submitted your photographs, questionnaire, or trip details through our platform, you can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@divasclub.in or calling +91 8950914301. You will receive a full refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Within 30 Minutes of Booking: If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of making the payment and before your styling analysis has been created, you will receive a full refund.

How to Cancel

  1. Email: Send a cancellation request to hello@divasclub.in with your order number and registered phone number.
  2. Phone: Call us at +91 8950914301 (Mon-Sat, 10am-6pm IST).
  3. Processing: Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Cannot Be Cancelled If

  • Your personalised styling analysis has already been created and made available to you on the platform.
  • More than 30 days have passed since the date of booking.

3. Refund Eligibility

You May Be Eligible for a Refund If:

  • Service Not Delivered: If you have completed your submission (photographs and questionnaire) and your personalised styling analysis has not been made available on the platform within 48 hours, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • Duplicate Charge: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
  • Technical Error: If a technical error on our end prevented you from receiving your styling service, and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours.
  • Pre-Service Cancellation: If you request a cancellation before your styling analysis has been created (i.e., before you submit your photographs), you will receive a full refund.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

  • Your personalised styling analysis has been created and is available to you on the platform.
  • You disagree with the style recommendations (as they are subjective suggestions).
  • You provided inaccurate or poor-quality photographs that affected the analysis results.
  • You change your mind after receiving the service.
  • The request is made more than 30 days after the date of booking.

5. Refund Process

  1. Submit Request: Email us at hello@divasclub.in with your order number, registered phone number, and reason for the refund request.
  2. Review: Our team will review your request within 5 business days and may ask for additional information.
  3. Decision: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund via email.
  4. Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

6. Refund Amount

Approved refunds will include the full amount paid (base price + GST). No processing fees or deduction charges will be applied to eligible refunds.

7. Original Payment Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking. If the original payment method is no longer available, please contact us to arrange an alternative.
